Making an Online Purchase:

If you are of legal age to purchase tobacco products in your state or country, then making an online purchase could not be easier. You can order the products you want in our online store or if you prefer, shoot us an email with your questions, concerns, and phone number. DO NOT EMAIL ANY CREDIT CARD INFO TO US. By completing your online order, you are confirming that you are of legal age to purchase tobacco products in your state and/or country.

Payment:

Within the United States we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal for payment. We do not process payments until your product is ready to ship. If you select PayPal as your payment method, we will invoice you and your order will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

Shipping and Insurane:

In order to keep shipping rates low, we ship via USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate within the 48 contiguous states. Shipping charges to Alaska and Hawaiiis the actual cost of shipping and insurance. Shipping for items valued over $500.00 or over five pounds total weight is the actual cost of shipping and insurance. You will be charged our shipping cost plus $2.00 handling fee for shipping outside of the United States.

Delivery Schedule:

We will ship the order as soon as practical. We will normally ship your order within one business day unless there is a problem with your payment, in which case we will contact you to finalize the order.

Sales Tax:

Our business is operated from California. All orders shipped within California will automatically have sales tax added at the rate of 8.0%. If you are located outside of California, you will not be charged any sales tax. However, you may still be liable for the payment of this tax.

Return Policy:

We will always accept return of any of our products that are damaged during shipping. Please save the box that our products arrived in so we can have the shipper arange to inspect it for insurance purposes.

We will also gladly accept the return of our products within ten days of your receipt, for any reason, so long as the returned products have not been used, altered, damaged, or changed in any way whatsoever.

To return a product contact us via email at jim@jdsmokingpipes.com with identification of the item you purchased and wish to return and the date you purchased it. As soon as we receive the item and it passes our inspection to insure that the item has not been used, altered, damaged or changed, then, we will credit your credit card in the amount previously charged and collected for the item, less shipping charges. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping and you bear the risk of any damage or loss prior to our receipt of the returned item.

Website Updates:

We update our website several times per week. There may be a chance the product you ordered was sold. We will notify you if this happens and give you a choice to either cancel the order or choose another product.
